The exhibition is centers around the idea of the metamorphosys of a concept through shape, the specific note being given by the personal artistic language or the approached technique. Curators’ selection offers a variety of original perspectives. Artists belonging to different cultural areas, with distinct conceptual and visual approaches succeed to create a coherent ensemble in Galateea Contemporary Art Gallery’s suitable space. Lilianne Milgrom’s multimedia installation, placed near Gudrun Kainz’ or Anthony Stellaccio’s ceramic assemblages, complete the sculptural approaches made by Kamila Szezesna, Rafael Pérez and Bianca Boeroiu. The video projection, a result of the creative cooperation between Werner Nowka and Monika Schöedel-Müeller draw public’s attention upon the binomial creation/destruction cohabiting symbiotically with each of their sculptural ceramic objects. Simona Antoniu and Daniela Făiniş introspect the portrait theme in wall mounted ceramic objects, while Ioana Şetran’s porcelain miniatures and Andrea Éva Szőcs hermetic approaches close the circle.
