Opening design obiect: Saturday 14th May 2022, 18:30 h, Galateea Contemporary Art Gallery (Calea Victoriei 132)
Contemporary creativity, refined aesthetics, functionality and elegance are the expressions of this event, dedicated to the design lovers, architects, interior designers, to whom we want to offer an area of inspiration for their projects.
Through this initiative we hope to create a bridge of communication between artists and decorators, product designers and potters, a space of dialog for local collaborations and projects, so important for the development and continuity of creativity and local artistic production.
We aim to present and promote local creators gathered under the aura of ceramics. Therefore, this first year the project was carried out through an open call addressed both to ceramic artists and to the community of creators who work with ceramics.
The criteria we considered in the selection of the received projects were the design concept, the technical execution, aesthetics and emotion, functionality and integration in the living space.
